Student Information Tracker

Store and keep all of your students’ information with you at all times with Student Information Tracker. This app was developed to be used during after school dismissal so that faculty and staff could easily find out who can pick up a child from their school.

To use the app, you enter in as much or as little of a child’s information as you would like: name, parent names, email, phone numbers, medical notes, teacher name, grade, and so on. You can then add a pickup list for each student and can store pictures that are associated with each student. Student Information Tracker supports text data entry or allows you to simply take a picture of relevant student information. Take pictures of the child, their parents, a doctor’s note, an emergency card, and so on.

After your data is entered, anytime you have a question about a student you can easily search for them by last name, teacher, or grade level and you immediately have access to the student’s information. All data is stored on your device, so you don’t have to worry about having an internet connection at all times. At recess and wondering if a student has access to an inhaler? You can save a picture of any of their doctor’s notes directly to your phone / iPad and look it up almost instantly. On a field trip and need to know if an adult is allowed to pick up a student? You can save a list of names and even pictures of everyone that is allowed to pick them up.

Student Information Tracker was designed to be used for schools with young children, but can be used anytime you have a group of people that you are in charge of. All data is stored not he device, this app conforms to strict privacy standards, we do not collect or transmit any personal information.
